She was kind, supportive, and professional. We followed all of her tips, and everything went so smoothly. I did not have a good previous experience with my first pregnancy with a different agency. So I was scared, but pro care was very helpful. I was glad I could speak in Hindi with Shanti.

My experience with procare was very good. The help came in so handy during the first week of the birth to the baby. Kubra answered all my questions and I had so many of them. She also made sure I was feeling okay which is very important first week post partum. She was kind, knowledgeable, humble , helpful and everything you would ask for post partum from a kramzorg service. I would surely recommend pro care to all to be mom's out there.

The first three days were horrible….with a Kramzorg that held her nose when my child pooped…like really? Then came Wendy….I loved working with her…. She’s such arare gem and she truly loves her job…very helpful yet professional …..she turned the whole experience with Pro care maternity to a beautiful one in the end…

It was a very smooth and professional process and experience overall. As first time time parents and expats, away from close family and help, kraamzorg care was ideal and made us feel secure and confident that we can deal with this new period. Roshni, our kraamzorg was also very helpful in fascilitating all this process. We are very thankful for that. Only thing I would prefer different would be to have the same care provider for all the days, (the first day we got another kraamzorg coming and then another for the following days), but I understand during August is a hard thing to arrange.
