I recently stepped away from the Plenny shakes after they changed their formula not for the better in my opinion. I drank that for years every morning and so I had to look for a replacement shake.... I recently stepped away from the Plenny shakes after they changed their formula not for the better in my opinion. I drank that for years every morning and so I had to look for a replacement shake. Queal got recommended to me by several people, so I decided to try it out. All the flavours we got were great, my personal favourite being vanilla and my partner liked the apple pie best. The taste is actually much better than the Plenny shakes, the new as well as the old formula. Queal is a little bit more expensive than the Plenny shakes, but still cheaper than most other meal shakes available in Europe.

I've been using Queal to put on weight since I have an eating disorder and find food difficult to eat or keep down. I've managed to put on a kilo in one month drinking Queal alongside my evening... I've managed to put on a kilo in one month drinking Queal alongside my evening meal. It's made getting my daily calories considerably less of an emotional drain on me.

I like Queal as a brand and I like the texture of the vegan shakes. Originally, I was also impressed by its taste (coming from Huel). Now, that I've also tried other brands (e.g. Jimmy Joy & Jake)... I like Queal as a brand and I like the texture of the vegan shakes. Originally, I was also impressed by its taste (coming from Huel). Now, that I've also tried other brands (e.g. Jimmy Joy & Jake) Queal seems a little too sweet for me. To be more precise, I like its sweet taste occasionally but I think it's too sweet for frequent use. (Just like most people wouldn't like to eat sweet dishes for all meals).
