- The shaker was broken in the delivery box. It was in the bottom of the box with protection air bags filling the top of the box. I would suggest to put protection bags in the bottom and the top with products in the middle.
- I tested chocolate and vanilla flavors. Both are a bit floury. But it's probably the way it should be with oats.

It's been alright.

Lately I have had some clumping issues. Not sure how to cure it yet.

I would like a thinner bottle as well. Right now it is too big to fit in a cup holder.

For/against clumping I always use water (200ml), Queal, water (100-150ml) (and then shake ;) )

It took me some time to get used to the taste, but once that happened, Queal has been amazing. I don't usually have time to make lunch or even eat out on a busy day, and before Queal, I just used to... I don't usually have time to make lunch or even eat out on a busy day, and before Queal, I just used to skip lunch (Which affected my work tremendously). Now I just drink Queal and get on with the day.

My only complaint is the high shipping cost to Canada; regardless, I'll definitely be ordering more.

Good, one complaint is that the scoop arrived broken. I would recommend putting the scoop in the shaker cup so it stays unbroken while shipping.
