Overall, quiet good.
I like the flavors not to be too intense.
The expected to be more fed up after what is advertised as substitute for a meal.

Thank you fore the review! One tip from one of my colleagues is that he makes Queal with 2/3rds or less of the recommended amount of water, he feels that he is full for longer.

Taste is good, Energy is good, too.
One Problem: 15 minutes after consuming, I get high blood pressure and strange nervousness. My heart rate rises and I am feeling not so good. After 30... Taste is good, Energy is good, too.
One Problem: 15 minutes after consuming, I get high blood pressure and strange nervousness. My heart rate rises and I am feeling not so good. After 30 Minutes all is well. I spectated this for 2 weekes (1 meal / day). Maybe I have a kind alergical reaction. Dont know why.

Queal is one of the best European meal replacements. Their flavour and product range is awesome.
I have consumed Queal Standard few times and I am always looking forward to the next shake. The... Queal is one of the best European meal replacements. Their flavour and product range is awesome.
I have consumed Queal Standard few times and I am always looking forward to the next shake. The taste is pretty thrilling. I have never felt hungry after the shake either, which is great.
I also like Queal's nutritional profile and how all their products are high in protein (which I explain in more detail here:
https://latestfuels.com/queal-review/). They also keep evolving their products, so you know they are trying to improve every day, which is great. Shows how much they care for their food.
I would recommend Queal without any second thoughts any day.

Great experience so far, the only problem I've had is that sometimes clumps of the powder stay stuck to the top of the shaker (above the "grill") and don't dissolve - but that could be up to me not... It's been quick and easy to get into. I've tasted most of the shake flavors of the taste tester pack and found the majority pretty good. Favorite so far has been Cool Chocolate, while the Awesome... Favorite so far has been Cool Chocolate, while the Awesome Apple Pie and Smooth Vanilla haven't quite been to my liking.
