Though, I am weary about the lactose in the recipe. Queal is giving me some mean gas and it could be because I am rather intolerant to it. Hopefully I will adjust in time.

Great product and brilliant flavours however my only two complaints are the whey in most of your products and two the high shipping to the UK. I’m so much less stressed now that I don’t get hungry all the time, and don’t have to take time out from the task at hand to cook. A bit worse than a competitor. Tastes too strong and quite artificial. More water needed because of slimy consistency. ( 450ml instad of 350). It's very useful in everyday life. I can eat fast when I haven't the time to cook. Nevertheless, the taste is a little bit "artifical".

It didn't change it radically, but it's good to know that the things you are eating between meals are healthy rather than just plain chocolate bars or some biscuits.
