after a few test packs of Queal, I've noticed the following: After a few minutes very saturating, lasts almost 8h. Has good taste. After a few days you will feel very comfortable.
Ordered Queal light for a month now. For a little break from everyday food. Is a little experiment to see if my blood values improve. Concerning cholesterol and triglycerides.

The only thing I think can be improved is that I usually store the bags piling them in a cupboard in horizontal position, so I only see the bottom of the bag and it's impossible to distinguish one flavour from another. Identify the different flavours in teh bottom of the bag as well (such as printing the name of the flavour, having different colors, whatever) and it will be perfect!
