Pretty good. The taste is is better than I expected for the 2 I tested, and the caffeinated queal is very useful!

I really liked the taste of chocolate, however not a big fan of apple pie.
1 negative thing is the horrific farts, feels like satan himself took up residence in your bowels, hope it will pass.

Some (me included) may find the tastes and / or textures quirky or unusual, especially Carrot Break oats, but there's plenty of choices from standard (Smooth) Vanilla to Pina Colada Paradise. Try-out Deal or Taste Tester are your go-to choices if you've never had complete meal experience.
