Mostly good. The standard flavors are ok (vanilla is a bit iffy), but the limited edition/special flavors are generally not good at all(apple pie is awful. The cinnamon tastes like it was a flavor made in a lab based on a description over the phone). I would rather have a neutral/unflavored version as a pure meal replacement rather. I do not use it in any way for a flavor experience nor do i want it to be. Packaging per individual meal would be a nice (and less messy) option as well. The velcro like closure tends to cause spillage.
