The shipping was very quick (to Japan). It mixes very well and is smooth to drink.

Out of the three brands of shake-powders I've tried, Queal definitely offers the tastiest ones, and the most variety as well. I really like the creamy taste of the non-vegan normal Queal shakes, and especially the sweet taste of the apple pie (more like apple cinnamon) and chocolate hazelnut flavors. I still have a lot of flavors to try though.
There was a problem with one of the bags I ordered, customer service was quick, friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. Substracting half a star because of that issue, and because the Queal shaker bottle isn't as good as the Plenny Shake shaker (fortunately I have both now). But from now on, I'll only be buying more Queal!
