Queal went as far as to find me on Facebook and contact me directly, as I wasn’t receiving their email responses, which is why I call unexpectedly awesome customer service!

I've went through all the tastes I ordered and found them all tasting good, though some more memorable than others. On some of the bags, the rip-line was in the middle of the welded area instead of... On some of the bags, the rip-line was in the middle of the welded area instead of below it, so I had to use scissors to open them.

I'm not a fan of the three-serving bags, I find scooping out of them to be inconvenient and messy. When I used a competing product before (that also came in three-serving bags) I emptied out ten bags into a big airtight box and scooped from that instead. Since emptying a lot of small bags is tedious and time consuming, I'd prefer buying larger bags. It'd save me time, it'd save you packing material and it'd save the environment.

I've been using Queal for a few weeks more now and I'm getting more and more positive. There are lots of flavours that actually taste pretty good. The chocolate versions aren't included, I wish... I've been using Queal for a few weeks more now and I'm getting more and more positive. There are lots of flavours that actually taste pretty good. The chocolate versions aren't included, I wish there was a version that tasted more like real chocolate. But the others taste nice. It takes a little bit of getting used to the structure (at least to me), but it's an acquired taste and I like it. It's a really good solution for someone that's not good at eating healthy breakfasts (like me), and I even find myself drinking Queal for lunch at times. Also very useful for busy days that hardly give you time to eat. I really like the limited walnut edition and I hope more nutty flavours will follow in the future - for instance pistache? Also a more sour version (like something with lemon) would be highly appreciated by me.

Great! I've only tried two of the Steady Shake flavors but I'm in love with the product already and can't wait to try everything else. I really wish that shipping was not so expensive but... Great! I really wish that shipping was not so expensive but hopefully as production and revenue begins to scale that can be brought down (or a distribution facility could be introduced in the US).

In my first order, one of my bags had been punctured or otherwise unintentionally opened but Queal support was able to satisfactorily resolve my issue within only a couple of days.

Tastes much better than Huel (I haven't tried the Vanilla one). The consistency could be a little better, but it is quite alright.

I still haven't heard anything back about my lost products or a refund. I have sent multiple emails nor only from my main email address, but I also sent one from Gmail, just to make sure they are not falling into spam.

Still no reply!

I replied directly to the person, who contacted me directly in response to my previous rating, still no reply. Please check your servers, as it looks like you might be missing many emails sent to your customer services this way.
