Took 14 days for the product to arrive. Otherwise all good. Regarding the formula, 11% sugars seems too much, enven with the low GI. I would give up flavour in exchange for less sugar.

Packaging could be more distinctive between the different flavours for easier recognition. Some packs have turned up without the flavour written on, which I don't really mind but sometimes it would... Some packs have turned up without the flavour written on, which I don't really mind but sometimes it would make checking you got all the right flavours in the delivery easier...

I am a previous jimmy joy customer who switched to Queal due to the higher protein content (after jimmy joy lowered theirs). In general I think the flavour of your drinks are really good and I am happy with the switch. I think the bags of jimmy joy are better however, since they redesigned the opening to be bigger, which makes scooping the powder out easier and results in less spillages. Many supplement companies have the narrower opening that you currently have and since receiving the new wider opening on the jimmy joy packaging it highlights how much of a bad design the narrower opening really is, in terms of ease of use.

I have also tried the bars that you have but I wont purchase those again as the flavours did not appeal to me, I would however try new flavours were they offered. At the moment I think the taste of the jimmy joy bars are better and I would continue to by my bars from there.
