The tap is fantastic and we wouldn’t be without it. However the experience wasn’t so good when it broke after just less than 4 years (but it’s working again now).

Expensive and I still can not get room temperature filtered water. I get chilled, carbonated chilled and boiling, but not plain old room temperature which is the primary thing I wanted.

The “sparkling water” function does not even match a common garden manual carbonator (soda stream) - most disapointing.

It’s quite fiddly when it comes to getting filtered and sparking water . I think my dog is getting accustomed to sparkling water ( as I Don’t seem to be able to get the flat one )!
