Fantastic tap, but requesting an engineer to come and as my tap wasn’t working is fragmented. It was very frustrating.

Top of my list when planning my new kitchen was a quooker tap. What a letdown! Red light flashes and water from quooker tap is not hot. I had to buy an electric kettle and keep it on the worktop because quooker tap is not dependable. A very expensive ornament! Quooker tank and electrics are taking up space in cupboard under sink. I,ve given up flicking the switch off and on to try resetting tap. The red light continually flashing is using electricity and not producing hot water just a bigger bill. So disappointing

My Quooker is very good when working, however the after care is not so good, I have emailed Quooker twice to say that I am having problems and not had a reply, the engineer (Gregg) who’s is...My Quooker is very good when working, however the after care is not so good, I have emailed Quooker twice to say that I am having problems and not had a reply, the engineer (Gregg) who’s is excellent has not been in contact either.

Instant boiling hot water with not having to wait on the kettle to boil, and with normal hot/cold from the same tap. It is also child safe.
