I never really wanted one until I got it but now I couldn't live without it! Quick and easy to use with hot water literally on tap! And their customer service is superb!!!! Highly recommend.

Expensive and I still can not get room temperature filtered water. I get chilled, carbonated chilled and boiling, but not plain old room temperature which is the primary thing I wanted.

It’s quite fiddly when it comes to getting filtered and sparking water . I think my dog is getting accustomed to sparkling water ( as I Don’t seem to be able to get the flat one )!
