Had this product 4 weeks and it’s flashing red - did short reset and long reset neither works, filled in online form for fault only for them to email 2 days later to say they need the same details... Had this product 4 weeks and it’s flashing red - did short reset and long reset neither works, filled in online form for fault only for them to email 2 days later to say they need the same details again I.e. serial numbers and installation date before they can look at it??? Then I get an email suggesting a repair date in 3 weeks time, paid an awful lot of money for this tap and get an awful customer service with it!!

Because the customer service is an absolute shocking disgrace. This business is the most unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with.

Unreliable and post sales service poor. I have only had the thing for 3 weeks. It keeps flashing 4 times after several short and long resets. Installer came back to check it and reset it. Installer came back to check it and reset it. Since then I have had to reset it several times. The service from the call centre when someone finally answers to book an appointment for more than 2 weeks later. Not good enough for premium product

Customer service is extremely poor for what I assumed was a premium product. No phone support, email support unhelpful. Told to order a part and fit it myself! Engeneer visit would take 3 weeks!... In the meantime I had a leak which was damaging my kitchen!

The leak is as a result of you not changing the scale control cartridge once it had expired and as you wrote this review we were in contact with you sending you images of how to change it.

We are also looking to see if we can arrange an engineer at short notice and feel it is a somewhat harsh review given the actions we are taking and the fact that the product is not faulty.

I love the concept of Quooker but we have had ours for 5 years and its been replaced at least 3 times. It stopped working again before Christmas having been fully replaced 4/2022. Not impressed.
