I used to recommend quooker we’ve had quite along time the flexible pipes that deliver the hot have leaked several times .I think due the heat the has dried the joints out which has wrecked the... I used to recommend quooker we’ve had quite along time the flexible pipes that deliver the hot have leaked several times .I think due the heat the has dried the joints out which has wrecked the kitchen cupboards.Also the pressure relief valve run constantly spoke to a lady on the phone ( that said it was supposed to which rubbish ) after waiting nearly 15 minutes on the phone.I’ve sent emails I’ve wrote nobody acknowledges at all till sending an email slagging them off then someone called Kennedy said I could contact him any time . Up to now I’ve phoned him four times hasn’t got back to me but the water company has to let me know if my water consumption carries on like this they will charge me an extra £450 because I’m on a water meter Hope this will get some action now

Good product, but it frequently requires resetting and has not been able to on two occasions. Then it needs a service call: no answer on phone, 2 to 3 day email response time, asked to do what we... Good product, but it frequently requires resetting and has not been able to on two occasions. Then it needs a service call: no answer on phone, 2 to 3 day email response time, asked to do what we already had done, then told it will be 4 weeks before an engineer can come out. Both engineers very good. How can a product that is so expensive, require resetting or a call out every 4 to 6 weeks? I say to people, great product when it works, but get a faulty one and it's then a questionable investment, and a frustrating experience trying to get get technical help.

Let me start by saying I LOVE (no adore) my Quooker tap (Cube). The problem though is that it has now stopped working properly no cold/sparkling water. THis all started happening after I installed... THis all started happening after I installed replacement filters. The support I receive comes from emails that take up to 5 days to be acknowledged and even then the information (support?) What I receive is awful. These people clearly do not look at the client account due to the stupid questions they ask. Then, I am told that I have to get an engineer out at a cost of £150. The product is still in warranty. 5 start product ZERO star for support. In this day and age where is the on-line chat? 15 days for filters to be delivered, 5 days between support emails.... meanwhile I cannot use the system and I will need to fork out £150 for a visit by an engineer whilst still in warranty? It is not as though the product costs a lot of money…. Oh wait…. It does.

Good product but had to wait 6 weeks for engineer to fix it when it went wrong. That is unacceptable. Darren the engineer was fantastic though. Friendly, informative and sorted everything.
