I love the concept of Quooker but we have had ours for 5 years and its been replaced at least 3 times. It stopped working again before Christmas having been fully replaced 4/2022. Not impressed.

The hot tap spits boiling water which is painful.

The delivery is aerated for added safety and we do not understand why you would have hand anywhere near the water on delivery. We have emailed you to offer further advice and support.
