Not recommend as I’ve received a faulty product. Water is leaking and Quooker isn’t replying to my replacement email.

It doesnt work (4 repairs in 6 months waiting for a 5th), and customer service is really bad.

To get you out is really easy, the person doing the service is very good. But customer service after is shocking.

It took you 5 days to issue the ‘invoice’ which seems to be when the items are released for delivery, even though I paid when I placed the order. That is too long a delay
