I paid £2,300 and after a week can not talk to any one.

Cube installed on 11 November. Worked for half a day as did the replacement. Engineer forgot to switch water back on or reconnect the Cube after carrying out a repair which lasted only a few hours.... Cube installed on 11 November. Worked for half a day as did the replacement. Engineer forgot to switch water back on or reconnect the Cube after carrying out a repair which lasted only a few hours. Now awaiting my 3rd cube but no response from anyone at Quooker. Appalling service. Can’t possibly recommend.
