The key feature is instant hot water. It's versatile in that the same tap also delivers chilled still water and sort-of but not very sparkling water as well as domestic mains water and hot water.... The key feature is instant hot water. It's versatile in that the same tap also delivers chilled still water and sort-of but not very sparkling water as well as domestic mains water and hot water. However, there is one obvious design fault in that the swan neck does not reach far enough into a large sink. The washing up liquid dispenser is a complete and irritating waste of money as its neck only just pokes out over the sink. Is the device worth it? Yes, if you can afford it, because when you want a cup of tea you've got boiling water available instantly.

No more boiling kettles safer with children about. No trailing wires. Efficient, space saving, easy to use. I love everything about it I would highly recommend. Fabulous

Swift boiling water is habit-forming though the chilled water option is not always immediate.

We had a pin hole leak on our Quooker tap pipe that, over a period of time, caused damage to our kitchen floor-resulting in it ‘blowing’ in several places.( brand new kitchen by the way) It was also extremely unsafe. We had a qualified professional Plummer out to assess the problem, he discovered the leak and we subsequently contacted Quooker. They sent out an engineer, who took photographs and advised if we hadn’t heard anything after a week to contact them….that was 2 months ago. The person we are dealing with does not reply to any emails, despite asking us for an invoice after an assessment to put the flooring right was requested and sent. We are currently still out of pocket for the cost as our tradesperson has received no payment…despite the invoice being addressed to him as requested by Quooker. A chase up email has been ignored. It’s just not good enough…the customer service if you have an issue is clearly appalling and, for a higher end brand, we expected far better!
