We have loved our Qooker appliance, but was unaware that it would need such regular, and quite expensive servicing - because we live in an area of hard water, the scaling is quite significant and... We have loved our Qooker appliance, but was unaware that it would need such regular, and quite expensive servicing - because we live in an area of hard water, the scaling is quite significant and can negatively impact the performance of the tap.

We had boiling water taps in our previous house so when we moved we had to have one fitted. The Quooker we chose was ideal and works perfectly.

Cold water not working. Cannot get through to customer service for help, waiting for over 30 minutes twice

I am very pleased with my Quooker, instant boiling water and no need for a kettle, what l am not impressed with is the plastic pipe inside the Quooker to rinse the plates, it is very stiff and... I am very pleased with my Quooker, instant boiling water and no need for a kettle, what l am not impressed with is the plastic pipe inside the Quooker to rinse the plates, it is very stiff and difficult to use, it looks easy on TV and l would not have paid the extra money to have it if l had known.
