The Quooker practice around CO2 bottles is deceptive. It took me more than an hour, and I’m a lawyer, to realise that Quooker makes the customer buy those bottles after a period of time. That’s sharp anticompetitive practice, designed to force the customer to use Quooker bottles.

Having instant boiling water is great but it does spit all over the place and catches your hands when putting a cup under it

Same as the last reviewer. We installed the tap a few months ago and have had several problems with the system/tap. And difficult to get someone from Quooker to come and fix. When it works it is... Same as the last reviewer. We installed the tap a few months ago and have had several problems with the system/tap. And difficult to get someone from Quooker to come and fix. When it works it is good but the nuisance of the unreliable tap has outweighed ita benefits so far.

The tap has worked for less time than it hasn’t worked since we installed it. Customer service is slow and difficult to get a response from. 3rd tap in 5 months! We’ve had to buy a kettle which... We’ve had to buy a kettle which means this whole thing has been a pointless expensive waste of time.
