Instant boiling water is a big plus. The only reason it may not work so well is if a large quantity of boiling water is required in one go. It’s fine for one or two cups of tea….not so fast for a... It’s fine for one or two cups of tea….not so fast for a pot for 20 ( which is rare in domestic settings!)
