Great product but the black taps show up like scale which is very difficult to remove without chemical cleaners which your rep told us NOT to use. Black finish also scratches easily

Great product, bought the Classic Fusion Round in brass, only gripe is the spout projection is too short for my belfast sink as previously had a Franke pull out tap, not yet had any dealings with... Visiting engineer addressed issues by second visit. Ordering C°2 cylinders and returning empties a bit of a chore.

Awful customer service. Caused a leak with significant damage to a brand new kitchen from a repair to a fault with their tap and refused to admit liability despite previously doing so.

Terrible customer service didn’t call back to discuss issue when asked for a specific day so I had to chase again. Fitted a different tap as a result.
