I gained a tap but lost the use of an expensive sink. I can make coffee but not wash up - how useless is that!

Brand new it leaked , now it doesn’t always heat up
Its hard to try get hold of maintenance service when things go wrong. It takes too long for an engineer to come out to have a look at the problem.

Works great, very convenient. 3l tank is enough for everything we’ve used it for, but is prone to ‘spitting’ out boiling water which splashed on hands holding cup etc
