Based on cost. I would have expected that they would come with a 3 year warranty in order to make them more financially attractive. This would also instil confidence in the product to the consumer.

Great for quick boiled water but it does tend to splash

Immensely convenient and instant. Sometimes needs resetting after a problem with water pressure but this is easy.

Price is high
Families with babies are unable to use the water
It is very convenient, hoping economical and environmentally better than a kettle ? …… allows more space on worktop

The tap can be tricky to use for guests. Also we have the filter options for cold water and limescale. I am not sure I would recommend without either of those, or the limescale filter at least.
