You can not return gas bottles easily. For over a year the web site has had 'technical problems' according to the people on the phone. They want you to speak to them every time and arrange a home... After Sales service is horrible , any repairs / service will take ages to get fixed. To book an appointment , you have to spend 45 minutes on phone and the technician appointment is available /... After Sales service is horrible , any repairs / service will take ages to get fixed. To book an appointment , you have to spend 45 minutes on phone and the technician appointment is available / booked after 30 days or 45 days. After spending 2000-3000£ , quooker expects you to wait with a malfunctioning system for 30-45 days.
