Quality and design if brilliant. Not sure if I have an installation issue however but I do have a very low flowrate in the chilled function which is a frustration in how slow it runs.

Very happy with my Quooker although it has stopped heating the water a couple of times. Difficult to find answer on website but easily remedied once I did.

I would recommend Quooker. At this time though it is more of a luxury and I’ve not yet worked out if it’s more expensive to run.

I tried to register my newly replaced Quooker tank as the old tank wasn't working and I got a message that the serial number 'XXXXXXX' is not recognised.

I tried to register my newly replaced Quooker tank as the old tank wasn't working and I got a message that the serial number 'XXXXXXX' is not recognised.
I tried to speak to someone re above wasted nearly an hr due to pathetic service from your staff. When contacted initially my call was transferred but no reply for atleast 28 mins and then the call got disconnected. Again I tried the same number and I explained to staff the reason for the call and he didn't say anything and transferred the call with no answer at the time of sending this email.
Now looking at your service levels I regret getting your product as service at your end became a piece of joke.

It’s easy to use and saves on water, but water never runs completely freezing anymore
