The tap is a trickle. My plumber has tested everything including water pressure, but it continues to just trickle. Such a lot of money for nothing more than a dribble fountain. The hot tap... The hot tap splashes everywhere - you need a coffee in a jug so stop the splashback of boiling water.

Great product - instant boiling, filtered and fizzy water. East to use - nothing not to like. Saves energy, save money on buying bottles of water.,

Quick and easy, can't fault it (except grandma can't work out out to use it, so we've still had to keep the kettle!!) Just been on holiday where we had to heat a cup of water in a microwave to make... The Wren installer struggled with fitting it, although now that it is in it works well. The flow is a bit slow but I guess that is due to the reduced pipe sizes.
