I LOVE my Quooker tap but I did have to have a large section of it replaced after less than two years so if it fails again in another 18 months time, I might look for alternatives. Having said... I LOVE my Quooker tap but I did have to have a large section of it replaced after less than two years so if it fails again in another 18 months time, I might look for alternatives. Having said that, it was replaced for free after quite a number of complaints. and now its as good as new and I'm back in love with it.

Very stunned and disappointed by the mediocre and apathetic customer services. I emailed twice but was completely ignored. I called and no one answered. So I tried other extensions but they did not... Very stunned and disappointed by the mediocre and apathetic customer services. I emailed twice but was completely ignored. I called and no one answered. So I tried other extensions but they did not want to deal with my query so I was left without answer. I still have no idea what filter to buy. The staff seemed totally indifferent. I did not expect this at all for a very expensive item and if I could go back, I would never buy.

We love our quooker but we have had to call out twice. The second time for service which was £175.00. This was due to hard water scale. My son has one but has never had a problem?!

I have found that the scale control cartridge needs changing much more quickly than I was given to believe. This means an engineer’s service service call unless you are able to change it yourself
