WORSE
Engineer ragged the tap from underneath saying that he couldn’t unscrew it and cracked granite. Between tap and sink edge

Totally denied. Shameful. Do not trust them. Photograph before and after they attend maybe even video.

Very expensive to buy and CO2 cylinders exorbitant.

Not suitable in hard water areas, we now have to replace the new scale control plus cartridge every 3 months costing £320 per annum. The previous scale filters were larger and lasted six months and cost £180 per annum. It is a luxury tap, wonderfully convenient but in no way a money saver.

We have a Quooker Fusion tap and the boiling water function has stopped working and is very stiff to press/turn. Have called customer service a few times with no joy. I think it's a manufacturing fault as forums say that the inside can get rusted and stiff to turn if water gets in. The Fusion tap has a hole where the handle is to turn the tap on/off, therefore if you're washing up and using the handle water will trickle into the hole and inside the tap mechanism.
