You do not seem to have solved the long term reliability of the flexible hose within the delivery spout I am presently on my second one. Luckily I could change it as a DIY person but not everyone... Luckily I could change it as a DIY person but not everyone can and I would now consider it to be a design flaw.

Gezien de bijzonder slechte telefonische bereikbaarheid (ruim 23 minuten gewacht en nog geen contact) is het slim om een check te doen bij de concurrent. Het probleem is nog steeds niet opgelost!!!

Water flow for chilled water is trickling at best and when I asked someone to sort this out they charged me £150 and said the chilled water wasn’t flowing because of the CO2 - not sure how that even... And after this the chilled water is still not working !

Reading this shocking reviews put me off - sorry Quooker I think you have long way to go to fix those "after sale- instalation problems". Nobody is happy to spend 2K+ and have hassle trying to deal... One of your van’s nearly ran me off the road because he was in a hurry to get to the local scrap metal merchant. The van registration is EO22PZW . When i asked him why he was driving this way and... When i asked him why he was driving this way and who did he work for he denied all knowledge of cutting in front of me and he told me that he works for you. As well as forcing me to brake hard he then forced his way past another vehicle. Maybe something could be done to prevent this happening to anyone else. Thanks
