Shocking after sales service and dishonest about liability following a leak they blatantly caused. Admitted it was their fault and then when they saw the scale of the damage said they weren’t liable. We have it on video and their engineer even admitted it was the previous engineers error and numerous emails from a manager saying they would pay!!! Quooker tried to make the engineer who fitted the valve (whom QUOOKER subcontracted) liable. But he won’t accept it either - he blames quooker. That is quookers problem as a company to sort. Not ours as the customer. Ruined a brand new kitchen and trying to squirm out of paying by blaming a subcontractor THEY themselves sent us from an official Quooker booking system. Surely if we book an engineer from quooker and he causes a leak (which they don’t deny) it isn’t for us to organise whether quooker or the individual engineer should fund the repairs. That’s for quooker to sort out AFTER they have paid for the repairs. Be decent quooker and use your PLI to fund the repairs and then argue it out with your own subcontractor. Everyone I know (which is a lot of people in the industry) is now no longer considering or recommending quooker due to this shocking u-turn. In fact, they are dissuading. Everyone is appalled at this injustice. Quooker looked sympathetic and helpful to start with and suddenly won’t pay as the repairs are so extensive. The bottom line. Someone they officially sent to our house to fix a faulty meter caused this leak and Quooker won’t use their public liability insurance to pay for the significant damage. I won’t stop sharing this shocking situation publicly until they sort it out. Step up quooker and use your insurance and then take up the issue in private with your subcontractor.

Because it does exactly what it claims to do. I have not experienced any issues that would require customer service, and so cannot comment on that aspect.

I have had a flexi boiling water tap installed. the product itself looks great but unfortunately there seems to be a fault with the boiling water feed. It is boiling, however...

I have had a flexi boiling water tap installed. the product itself looks great but unfortunately there seems to be a fault with the boiling water feed. It is boiling, however the water is not transferring up the tap. I have called customer service but cannot get through as well as dropped an message to their online helpline. with the tap being so expensive I would expect better after sales customer care. Disappointing.

I had some initial challenges scheduling an appointment with the customer services team but that was eventually resolved and the did an excellent repair job. We love our Quooker.

No one answers calls on the only number you can call in fact option 3 goes to an overseas dial tone. Absolutely terrible the main number 0161 768 5900 option 1 doesn't connect, option 3 main service... Absolutely terrible the main number 0161 768 5900 option 1 doesn't connect, option 3 main service line goes directly to an overseas dial tone, option 2 you are put in a queue and every time someone comes off the queue ie their query is answered you continuously hear a loud beeping tone until the next person on the phone before you is answered and so on. When you finally get through I got through to Adam he said he could transfer me to option 3 using a different number even though I had told him it was ringing to an overseas dial tone continuously and no one answers I was put back onto the overseas dial tone again. I disconnected the line and redialled I was 3rd in the queue and again had to continuously listen to beeping sounds until Adam answered again I explained yet again that no one was dealing with the enquiry/service line at all. I then rang again on my husbands mobile and Adam said he would definitely get someone to call me to be honest at this point my trust is this company was zero however 5 mins later I got a call from Matt who is based in Manchester and confirmed that they could send out an engineer following Wednesday afternoon, in next 5 days. Confirmation was sent via email and suggested that all future correspondence went through email directly to him. I advised Matt of the problems with the main telephone number and he said he would escalate. Fingers crossed the problem with my new quooker tap not working is resolved.
