Product works fine, but customer service impossible to get through to on the phone despite sending email, using web pop-up and waiting for 30+ mins on hold.

Great piece of kit and does not look out of place.
Everything in one tap is great; boiling water, cold filtered water and hot water
Enough Hot Water in tank to never worry about it running... Great piece of kit and does not look out of place.
