I have received your doormat, and while we like the design, we have encountered a significant issue. When ladies step on it wearing high heels, the heels get stuck between the slats, the heel can be removed with some effort, there is a risk of damaging it. (See photo). Some of our visitors wear shoes and heels of considerable value. Do you have a solution to prevent this?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Firstly, we are happy to hear you are pleased with the design, yet it is unfortunate to hear that it has caused some problems for your guests. I can see how the small gaps between the brushes might cause problems for thin heels indeed. Normally, the gaps should be small enough for most heels to pass over it comfortably, but from the pictures you shared I can see this does not apply to all shoes.
This is the first time we hear about this particular problem. What we suggest is to make a mention of the exact gap space on our website to avoid such inconvenience for others in the future.

Ordered two outdoor mats, one custom made for narrow entrance and one indoor mat. They really are an exceptional addition to the entrance of any house. Real wow factor.

My mat was damaged in shipping (you need stronger boxes for shipping - both boxes very very damaged and are not protecting the product). You sent a replacement immediately and scheduled a pic up... You sent a replacement immediately and scheduled a pic up without even giving me time to be at home and get the mat ready to be picked up. The replacement came but it was the wrong one. So now its a total hassle and inconvenience. Communication could be way better - let me know before you organize pick up and delivery so I can plan for it. Send a correct mat as a replacement. Something else is coming from you now and I do not know what it is? I'm assuming its a new mat? Just send an email so I can plan for it. I also did not want to deal with 3 shipments and 3 returns - I asked for a partial refund and we could have saved plenty of time and money on both sides
