Accommodation tired. Beds and bed linen poor quality. Washing machine seemed not to be working and had no instructions. No heating. Only superficially clean - filthy under beds, including used plaster. Vacuum cleaner needs replacing (old and covered in grease and hair), no openable windows in toilets, one toilet without wash basin, door in bedroom on ground floor hits bed, safe broken and located in ridiculous position. No pillows for garden furniture. Crockery all chipped and scratched. No toaster. Garden poorly kept, Germans next door flying drones over our garden. Nobody to ensure compliance with rules. On a positive note, location excellent and very quiet, very helpful lady at service point, though limited hours. Technician also helpful and efficient.

Park was excellent, so peaceful and calm, even though there were a lot of other guests you never seemed to notice anywhere being crowded, The easy to use launderette was great, the swimming lake and...Park was excellent, so peaceful and calm, even though there were a lot of other guests you never seemed to notice anywhere being crowded, The easy to use launderette was great, the swimming lake and beach were just perfect with great accurate signage for water depths. The layout of the cabins for maximum privacy was perfect, the wi-fi was amazing! The only thing that lets the park down is the short opening hours of the supermarket and the non eventful swimming pool, There is great public transport links and the staff at the service point were great with their suggestions of where to visit- we went to Denbosch and took a canoeing trip on the back of their recommendations and they were just what we were looking for- Such a great park and we will be back :)

Park area was great, well maintained and peaceful. Check in was without problems. The food at the restaurant was good and staff very friendly. Cleaness of the house was not great. Breadcrums on the sofa. An entire peace of bread under the sofa. Multiple spiders everywhere and some of the frying pans have defently not been washed. The fence in a home had multiple holes. They tried to fix it but a small dog could still escape. The gardener rocked up at 8:30 in the morning went to garden and started working without any notification. While having our breakfast we suddenly just saw people in our garden. After work the left, leaving the gate open and our dog nearly run away. So also forgot some gardening tools and an empty can which has been used as ashtry in our garden

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. This year, my experience was quite different from previous visits. Many of the apartments were without washing machines, and the furniture felt quite outdated. Additionally, I noticed a lack of entertainment options for teenagers. I highly recommend updating the entertainment program to include some engaging activities for this age group. I also wanted to mention that it would be wonderful if loyal customers received special rates for bookings. This was my third time staying with you, and some of my friends, who came based on my recommendation, received a significantly better price—almost €1,000 less—despite booking after me. This was quite a surprise and left me feeling a bit disappointed, especially since my apartment didn’t have a garden like it did the year before. The house was quite dusty and not really thoroughly cleaned. The beds were not comfortable and the couch was in such state that you were just sinking and sliding down from it, no way to get cosy and...The house was quite dusty and not really thoroughly cleaned. The beds were not comfortable and the couch was in such state that you were just sinking and sliding down from it, no way to get cosy and causing back pain. The instruction that we need to swipe the place and clean on the checkout we found ridiculous for the price paid, specially that was not clean to begin with. The location was great, and close to the beach. It was great to be able to rent a bicycle at the reception directly. Little grocery store was also helpful, even though insanely expensive. The staff was nice and ready to help. The park is nicely made and great that it has playground for kids. We liked that you can just borrow games, specially on the rainy day

The new lodges are beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. It is a lovely peaceful park and all of the facilities like the shop, launderette, bike hire are so handy to have...Fabulous
The new lodges are beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. It is a lovely peaceful park and all of the facilities like the shop, launderette, bike hire are so handy to have so close. We love the area the park is in and we had a great time cycling into Eindhoven and closer to the park alongside the canal.
