I already gave the feedback in the sustainability section (apologies). The park itself is great. The swimming pool has no minus points. The temperature is great and the pool is clean. Ive called a couple of days, at different times and I always get the same message about the long waiting time. I loved the independence we received when checking in and out. I really dont like the house (131) I never want to get a house like this one again. The house wasnt cleaned properly. Upon arrival we had to clean to make it livable for the 4 nights. The bathrooms were the worst of all. Especially the smell and the podium like bathroom. It was also a minus that the house didnt have a microwave/oven, but only a microwave. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the park overall compensated for disappointment we got because of the house. The next time we visit we dont want 131 or a house like it anymore.

Only one thing: it would be better if the extra service for breakfast has vegan options for sure. I asked for plantbased milk otherwise I get servere allergic reactions. It wasn’t garanteed and it was not clear what product was delivered. The CS didn’t know either and asked the third party. The answer was that the product was lacto-free without specifics what it contained. Therefore I didn’t take the risk and didn’t order breakfast again.

Great place for a family vacation!
The house was great for our group of 9. The proximity and easy access to the beach, bike paths, as well as grocery stores, restaurant, and cafeteria...Great place for a family vacation!
The house was great for our group of 9. The proximity and easy access to the beach, bike paths, as well as grocery stores, restaurant, and cafeteria were great. Access to the soccer field at the recreation center was great for the children.

First of all, we booked via Booking.com and for some reason paid 230€ for the hotel room for one night. We expected a bit more facilities at the location as we thought we didn’t get enough for our money. When we took the road to the hotel (no sign was present and we thought we went the wrong way as the road to the hotel was quite rough and in very bad condition, which is not suited for every car!). The reception was 15/10! The room was clean and nice (10/10). Then there was the bar which was okay but some things were a bit expensive (Ricard 10€, Planche 29€). The Takeaway can only be ordered before 15 o’clock, but check in is only at 15 o’clock. The shop offered some microwavable meals which looked nice, but the room din’t have a microwave (this would be a nice addition to the room and therefore a good alternative to the takeaway or even room service). The night was very nice due to the AC and the nice beds. As for breakfast, there weren’t many fresh options (only a small bowl of fruits but no vegeatble as for example cucumber was to be found). There were partly lactose free options, and no gluten free options at all. When we arrived at our table, there were still bread crumbs everywhere eventhough the table was freshly set. All in all, the experience was a 7/10 as for the price paid, we expected a bit more.
