The restaurant manager was wonderful and dealt with our complaint very quickly. He was very kind, polite and we felt very valued as guests in the restaurant. Beautiful park the only issue was on the phone trying to get into our accommodation 461 the code didn’t work. Didn’t appreciate person on phone telling me I’m wrong when clearly I wasn’t as...Beautiful park the only issue was on the phone trying to get into our accommodation 461 the code didn’t work. Didn’t appreciate person on phone telling me I’m wrong when clearly I wasn’t as maintenance man couldn’t work it either!!!! We ended up needing a swipe card! 30 mins messing about ? I know how to to use a key pad!

House was spacious and catered for everything we needed, except for a washing machine. Facilities were good for our young child and kept him busy at the...Super resort!
House was spacious and catered for everything we needed, except for a washing machine. Facilities were good for our young child and kept him busy at the playground/indoor facility or at the swimming pool. Atmosphere was very relaxing and just what we needed, with shops only a short trip away.

The position of the chalet was great in within the park, the shower was great. Downsides were when we arrived there were paddles of water in the front room and bedrooms, the floor was dirty and...The position of the chalet was great in within the park, the shower was great. Downsides were when we arrived there were paddles of water in the front room and bedrooms, the floor was dirty and there were pills under the sofa. Reception could not action cleaning until the next morning. Also 2 days before we left the chalet diagonally to us was occupied by a group of 20 something boys who were singing and shouting until 1 am, riding their bikes at midnight. This was done within otherwise family occupied chalets.

Lovely week at Weerterbergen
I enjoyed outdoor activities. I loved the fun bikes and riding them around the lake. Also, the bike boats were excellent and I was exited exploring the lake...Lovely week at Weerterbergen
I enjoyed outdoor activities. I loved the fun bikes and riding them around the lake. Also, the bike boats were excellent and I was exited exploring the lake and canals. My daugther, and my friends children had a lot of fun. My negative experiences were: the accomodation was dirty and the toilette smelly, and there were people smoking everywhere, what made me really piss off because there werent smoke-free areas. But in general my stay was good and I was happy all the time. Ill recommend it to my friends also. See you soon!

Leuke dagen!
Super mooi huisje. Helaas deed bij ons de app het niet om het huisje in te komen. Gelukkig kregen wij bij aangeven in de app meteen een backup plan zodat wij er in konden....Leuke dagen!
Super mooi huisje. Helaas deed bij ons de app het niet om het huisje in te komen. Gelukkig kregen wij bij aangeven in de app meteen een backup plan zodat wij er in konden. Mooi huisje van binnen. Wel waren er veel spinnen en spinnenwebben rond en op het plafond. Wij hadden een huisje met hottub. Kwa afgelegen was het super. Wel rekening houden dat je 4 uur van te voren het bad aan moet zetten door vuur te stoken. Misschien voor in de winter leuker omdat je er wel bij moet blijven. Wat wij ook miste was een tv of andere entertainment. Gelukkig hadden wij een laptop mee. Veder heerlijk vertoeft in het huisje.
