We stayed in roompot for 3 nights.. What we liked are 1. The atmosphere and the location is very peaceful and unique 2. The kids area offerings are very good to engage kids 3. The parking spots at each accommodation are convenient 4. The supermarket is handy for essential things. 5. The homes have very good interior and furniture. What we didnt like 1. Some of the basic essentials like handwash in bathroom, kitchen tissues in the kitchen are missing. We had to go to super market to get the Handwash eventually . Since this is related to hygiene, kindly put handwash in all the toilets. 2. The attitude of the staff at restaurant is not good. We had coffee with group of families with kids one evening. The kids were taking a look at something placed on the table. The staff told us saying they are expensive and dont touch them in a sarcastictl tone...This is unacceptable behavior!!..The kids were only checking what the item is out of curiosity in a gentle manner. 3. The food in the restaurant seems to have lot of salt and doesnt seemed fresh. The quality and taste of the food needs improvement in our opinion. 4. We had dinner with a group of friends at the restaurant. The attitude of the waiters is again not pleasant. When we got a bill for a drink that was not served, we asked to remove it from the bill. The staff was insisting that they served us by saying there was empty bottle in their shelf. This is strange explanation..When the customer says they didnt get the food/drink and raise a concern about the bill, it is the minimum etiquette to deduct the item for the bill without giving weird explanation. The staff can ofcourse clarify with waiter if they really served or not but not give explanation like they found empty bottle etc.

They surroundings was great, the room seemed great... But It was cold with no temp control, only cooling. Sound insulation was non existent. Water pressure was so low that it was very difficult to get showered properly (my wife did not succeed to rinse her hair). In the restaurant the menu was very narrow and second evening we made a mistake of trying those pizzas. Really? You have the nerve to call those buns pizzas? We have lived the past three years in Rome... Come on, those are bakery items, not pizzas. When checking out I was told I cannot get a proper invoice, because I reserved from your website? What, are you evading taxes? How do I invoice this stay to my Company? For sure, Were NEVER coming AGAIN!!!

Ive been in the Katjeskelder numerous times. This time I came with my daughter and 4 year old grandson. The place is very safe for small children and there is stuff to do. We were on a family visit...Ive been in the Katjeskelder numerous times. This time I came with my daughter and 4 year old grandson. The place is very safe for small children and there is stuff to do. We were on a family visit in Dongen. So all that was all perfect. I thought that you had to pay extra for towels and there were no washhandjes was a bit much. There was no soap beside the handwash basins. Also we were supposed to put the bed sheets in blue plastic bags, but there were no plastic bags. We had food from the snack bar and that was lovely. The shop on site was well stocked.

Have stayed at C H many times. We stay here as a base for a weeks fishing trip. All the staff are more then helpfull and the acomidation is all ways clean and tidy. Have stayed in other...Have stayed at C H many times. We stay here as a base for a weeks fishing trip. All the staff are more then helpfull and the acomidation is all ways clean and tidy. Have stayed in other accommodation on our early visits but found C H from a recommendation and cant praise it enough. Will be booking with them for next years trip. Definitely a 10 out of 10

Prachtig huisje en prachtige locatie. Handig keukentje voor kleine/makkelijke gerechten. Sauna was ook heerlijk! Minpuntje; Voor de (hoge) prijs die je betaald, is t wel jammer dat je geen schone handdoeken, nieuwe koffiecups, theezakjes etc. krijgt bij een verblijf langer dan 1 nacht.
