Nice staff, I like the thermal bath, close to Arcen castle gardens, nice dinner menu, enjoyed the breakfast. Wish children was allowed in the bath with parental supervision. Only letdown was the beds. Instead of a double bed they push two singles together.

Everything was good but for a house for 6-7 people it was a bit disappointing, the fridge was very small , some lights didnt work and the store prices is high

Everything was as expected, exept toilet paper was insufficient for 3 night staying of 5 person. Remote night shift was very rude.

Great stay, good location to theme parks we wanted to visit. Off peak so very quiet. My children enjoyed basketball and swimming although the pool is on the small side. Small issue of the water heater/boiler reverberating through the smaller bedroom walls after hot water was used. It was loud enough to swap bedrooms.

Love this resort
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, flying from Kuwait just to stay at Roompot bad bedtime, I just left and I am already starting to book for next year .
