Excellent stay. Loved the location, facilities and pool. Really great holiday house in central location but still quiet and relaxing. Great to have a washing machine too! One small thing is maybe more sharp knives for food preparation would be useful, but we managed ok. Enjoyed the meal in restaurant and snack bar quality was good! Pool was great each time we visited, very clean and not too busy, no queuing for slides which was great. I think holiday parks in england are much busier in August so I’m glad we came to Holland 😀 thank you for a great stay.

Compared with previous visits, there is now a lot of cleaning to do (clean windows and toilets. Clean kitchen top to bottom!) I also do not like to think this has been done by previous guests and...Compared with previous visits, there is now a lot of cleaning to do (clean windows and toilets. Clean kitchen top to bottom!) I also do not like to think this has been done by previous guests and not housekeeping! For so much cleaning to be done by guests, check out is very early and check in very late. In our bedroom we had spider webs with thick dust and by the downstairs beds lots of dust and dirt. We stayed in a gated bungalow 257 and we loved this, it felt very safe for my children to play and lots of nice play equipment. Koos live was not as good, Koos used to be on stage for most of the 30 minutes unless it was very hot weather, now he does just 2 songs and gone back for one more and goodbye! The entertainment and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful. We had help from the bike hire shop and they were very helpful. Life guards are too strict, babies cannot be in the water out of a rubber ring even for a few minutes with their parents. Children cannot take armbands off to practise swimming. No jumping. No balls. It is supposed to be a fun pool! Midget golf is very old and boring. We did have a lovely time tho and are likely to come back.It is not all bad this is just some feedback.

Had a lovely calm vibe. Maintenance of the park was very clean overall. Our villa (104) could do with a thorough clean, all toilets was pretty bad, need some bleach and a very good scrub! Dishwasher...Had a lovely calm vibe. Maintenance of the park was very clean overall. Dishwasher was a bit broken, bathroom sink upstairs could do with some sink unblocker as the water was going down very slowly. If these small things were rectified I am sure you will have a lot more happy customers.

We did our second trip to your Parc an the kids and we really enjoyed it. Check in and Check out ist pretty good and your staff and yout safety team an technical team did a great job!
