We enjoyed our stay, the restaurant food was very good, the terrace and drinks also. Koos entertained the kids with his teams. Our grand-children love the pool. We found ourselves in a situation where...We encountered some challenges with the flexibility and responsiveness of the staff member we communicated with via telephone at the entry point of the park. We found ourselves in a situation where we were required to arrive at the park at 1 am, which was not ideal for us. Despite being aware of the gates opening time, we faced inclement weather with heavy rain, and our kids were asleep in the car after a long journey, making it difficult to walk to our accommodation located approximately 15 minutes away from the gate. Considering the circumstances and the presence of young children, we were hoping for some assistance or understanding from the person on the phone in terms of offering a solution.
Regrettably, the person on the phone did not display any willingness to assist or provide service-oriented communication. Consequently, we were compelled to make the entire journey to the accommodation on foot, resulting in us and the kids getting wet and cold the following day.
While we understand that rules are in place, we believe that exceptional circumstances should be taken into account, especially when children are involved. Unfortunately, the experience we had that day was quite unpleasant, and we feel it could have been handled more empathetically and professionally.

Nice and clean holiday home near the town centre of Bredene with shops and cafés. Walking distance to the Kusttram was very convenient since we arrived without a car. That quantity available is not enough for these products - inform us about the house with an oral explantation instead of a TV video. I am not staying in such a place to switch on TV - reduce the price half

We were satisfied with our stay. It was not the first time we had been to Cadzand. However, the house made a rather worn impression. On arrival, there was still hair on the floor of the bathroom and...We were satisfied with our stay. It was not the first time we had been to Cadzand. However, the house made a rather worn impression. On arrival, there was still hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the sauna. The operation of the sauna is also not intuitive. A sign with instructions would be great, because who waits 15 seconds after pressing a button before something happens. The birds in the garden were also very annoying, preferring to poop on the terrace or the jetty every day. The location of the Roompot is very nice. You have everything you need. The small supermarket is also great. The service is very friendly. We really enjoyed the archery. The mini-golf course is not so great. Although it is in very good condition and new, the surface is unsuitable for mini-golf. Its no fun that way. Another thing that bothered us was the amount of car traffic in the park. Riding a bike through the park is sometimes very dangerous, especially for children who are not yet able to ride well. Almost no one keeps to the 20 km/h limit. It would be better to allow traffic only on arrival and departure days during certain hours. Overall, we were satisfied with our holiday. Please understand the criticism as constructive criticism.

The beach huts were in a great location and were very comfortable.
There was lots of dog poo at the side of the path behind the beach huts - it was unpleasant to walk along the path as...The beach huts were in a great location and were very comfortable.
There was lots of dog poo at the side of the path behind the beach huts - it was unpleasant to walk along the path as there was dog poo everywhere!
The supermarket is well stocked and the snack bar is average food but handy.
The marina is great to book trips.
Staff were friendly mostly, we didn’t find some of the older staff at the Beechclub friendly or helpful, and the service was poor, we would not return there.
Overall we had a great time.

It’s the second one we...Nice holiday park, beautiful surroundings, well located and very friendly staff. Big plus: dogs are allowed. The cleanliness of the houses is definitely a negative point. It’s the second one we booked (the first house we booked was worse) and we were not amused by the amount of dust under the beds and the chalk deposits around the bathroom taps making them sometimes difficult to handle. The vacuum cleaners are low quality and not efficient enough to clean correctly. But all in all we had a nice stay.
