A point for improvement-multiple staff members could not answer any questions in Dutch, including waiters, but even those at the customer service area could not understand my questions in Dutch and asked me to switch to English. Seemed a little odd considering we are in the Netherlands! Not sure what happens for those who only speak Dutch? They were able to help with our queries in English otherwise all was very enjoyable. Thanks for the fun stay. Our 1 year old son also had a great time! Enjoyed all the kids facilities on offer.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa with 7 beds. 1.Theres only one toilet for 7 people which is not sufficient. 2. We were not aware that bedding was ( bed sheet; pillow covers etc..) was not included in the package. As renting a furnished accomodation; we expected these things to be included in the package.

Beautiful park. Great room sizes in chalet. Loved the patio/garden area. Very peaceful. Would benefit from a ridge round the shower in upstairs bathroom to stop shower water spreading all over bathroom floor or provision of a mat. Also mirrors in bedrooms and more hangers in wardrobe. Also, would be good gor pedestrians to have 24hr access by key card at service entrance as when using trams 2 and 3, it is a long walk around to the main entrance.
