We COULD DO WITH GETTING INTO OUR ACCOMADATION MUCH EARLIER THAN 4pm WE ACTUALY ARRIVE IN ROTTERDAM AROUND 830am AND THEN HAVE TO HANG AROOUND IN THE TOWN EVERY YEAR SO IF WE COULD SOME HOW...We COULD DO WITH GETTING INTO OUR ACCOMADATION MUCH EARLIER THAN 4pm WE ACTUALY ARRIVE IN ROTTERDAM AROUND 830am AND THEN HAVE TO HANG AROOUND IN THE TOWN EVERY YEAR SO IF WE COULD SOME HOW ARRANGE AN EARLIER HAND OVER ARRANGED BETWEEN THE TWO OF US PRIOR TO ARRIVING THAT WOULD SAVE US MOST OF THE FIRST DAY OF OUR STAY THANKYOU

Lovely place,could maybe do with some smaller places as only 2 of us so never used upstairs. But clean & tidy. Only downside was letter sent to me was in dutch,but I guessed what it said.

Enough space and hooks to hang coats and leave shoes in the entry hall. A chair or bank would be nice to sit while getting shoes on and off.

One would expect a “restyled” house (t’Lage Duyn 13) to be definitely “restyled” and kept/be accordingly in a proper, clean and hygienic state. Parts in the kitchen were not correctly functioning...One would expect a “restyled” house (t’Lage Duyn 13) to be definitely “restyled” and kept/be accordingly in a proper, clean and hygienic state. Parts in the kitchen were not correctly functioning (oven) and some kitchen furniture showed already certain damages. There were no kitchen towels despite our ordering of the service. The state of the groundfloor shower was far from “hygienic and clean”. The garden area and surroundings and the terrace were unfortunately again not in an really appropriate state and the fence around the garden again broken/open on several locations (which is not acceptable if one stays there with dogs.). There was hardly any privacy in this loication.

A very well-kept complex, beautiful and quiet place (if not just teenagers would have celebrated a party outside after 10 pm, somewhere in the bungalows 64-96 Ostrea). A bit arranged that we paid for end cleaning. Then we got a angry mail that we did not do the cleaning. And they charged us the cleaning fee.
