Have stayed here many times, staff and service always excellent, accommodation is well maintained, peaceful and comfortable, the only comment for the accommodation this time was there was no toaster...Have stayed here many times, staff and service always excellent, accommodation is well maintained, peaceful and comfortable, the only comment for the accommodation this time was there was no toaster or grill to make toast for breakfast. We love the convenience of having a home away from home. We can relax at the end of the day, eat at home if we wish, have a coffee, watch some TV, just like home.

The heating in the house was not working on arrival. Though the problem was thankfully solved in the evening, the house still felt cold for a day or so. The house itself was not as clean as we are...The heating in the house was not working on arrival. Though the problem was thankfully solved in the evening, the house still felt cold for a day or so. The house itself was not as clean as we are used to with Roompot. The kitchen utensils were dirty. It turned out that the dishwasher was not working properly, so that we ended up washing everything by hand.

A wonderful place to stay, we all had a fantastic time. The pool in particular was amazing, the children loved it and we visiting everyday. The house was nice but felt a bit bare, for example the...A wonderful place to stay, we all had a fantastic time. The pool in particular was amazing, the children loved it and we visiting everyday. The house was nice but felt a bit bare, for example the largest bed room had a large vacant space which would have accomodated a sofa or a chest of drawers well, and the living room again felt a little sparse with a damaged coffee table. Although clean, it did feel a little bit dated, but we liked it nevertheless!

Staff was friendly and helpful, home was spacious and well equipped. The only issue was that previous occupants had snakes in the bedroom and the smell of smoke was dominant throughout our stay even...Staff was friendly and helpful, home was spacious and well equipped.
