I really liked the location of the complex, the facilities, the customer service, the size of the accommodation, the sauna and the air conditioning but the accommodation was very dark on the inside...I really liked the location of the complex, the facilities, the customer service, the size of the accommodation, the sauna and the air conditioning but the accommodation was very dark on the inside - dark colors on the ceiling, walls and floors, little sunlight and insufficient lighting. Also, the provided vacuum cleaner was of low quality - constantly opening during use. Overall, I had a very good experience but I think it could be better.

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and charming décor that added to the relaxing vibe. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more special; we could enjoy morning walks and a amazing sunsets.

We booked the coffee camp for one week (17.-24.9.24) and payed 6000€. The Kennemer Lodge is definitely too small for 6 people. Of course, if you read the explanations carefully you will recognize that before, but in our opinion you can offer this house only for four people, not for six. For this reason we knew we have to book another house we were suprised that there is not enough space.The staff was unfriendly, did not understand that it was a big problem for us, cause it was our wedding that we celebrated at the hippie fish and we promised enough beds to our inner circle that we invited to stay with us at roompot. No discount, no will to help us and it took us ages to get the other house.First collegue we reached on the 18th at the reception told us that we should come back later, cause she is new. We came back later and then the other collegue told us that now everything is fully booked. In the morning it was still possible to book a house online. We did not do that cause we thought its easier to get help from reception but nobody was really interested. I was nearly crying cause we were kind of desperate. After a long time of discussions we got this extra house from friday to monday for nearly 800€!!! and the collegue promised us an early checkin to compensate this mess. I did not ask for it, she offered it and we were thankful. When we came on friday to get the keys I told the women that we have an early checkin cause of all the trouble and so on. She didnt listen to me and gave me a lecture of what an early check in means and that nobody gets an early checkin if there is no receipt. To be honest, I was speechless. Then she gave the keys to me and said that she gonna do an exeption cause the house is already ready. I felt called down to be honest. We were asking for some extra towels which they gave us, but it was feelable that is was unintentionally. The other three houses and the coffee camp were really nice. Only minus at the coffee camp was that the coffee machine was not ready when we checked in and had to be cleaned. Of course, the machine has to be cleaned regulary during the stay but before checkin that should be done. Checkout time at ten is really early therefore that we had to clean everything by ourselves and put the linen off the beds. I hope this message helps you to improve your customer service and get your staff trained better for irregularaties.

Unfortunately, we booked the wrong accommodation. In UK a bungalow is a ground floor building. The Bungalow at Bospark had 2 bedrooms on the first floor with very steep access stairs and no toilet on this floor. For two 80 year old people this was very difficult for several reasons.

Het was heerlijk rustig. De geur en de geluiden van de zee en de passerende schepen lieten me mijn dagelijkse bekommernissen echt wel vergeten. Het was heerlijk om naar de zonsondergang te kijken....Het was heerlijk rustig. De geur en de geluiden van de zee en de passerende schepen lieten me mijn dagelijkse bekommernissen echt wel vergeten. Het was heerlijk om naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Het huisje was griefelijk en proper. De douche was heerlijk maar als de woning voorzien is voor 5-6 personen dan zal het warm water toch zeer snel op zijn. Een mat voor/aan de deur had mogelijk ook wel handig geweest.

Door de gelezen reviews (aan drukke weg, weinig privacy, weinig keukengerei) werd ik een beetje onzeker. Echter hadden wij een prachtige plek op het park met volledig privacy...Aanrader!
Door de gelezen reviews (aan drukke weg, weinig privacy, weinig keukengerei) werd ik een beetje onzeker. Echter hadden wij een prachtige plek op het park met volledig privacy en was alles wat we nodig hadden in de suite aanwezig. Tijdens een sauna sessie liepen/stonden er twee herten, dit gaf je echt het gevoel midden in de natuur te zitten. Een super gave ervaring! We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, en zal deze locatie aan iedereen aanraden.

Everything was great, the only thing to mention was the lack of cupboard space/storage in the bedrooms & where to store suitcases etc (little bit lack of room but not a big problem). Overall, I would definitively recommend Roompot to everyone & we will definitely be back next year!
