On the way back, we looked for our house for about 30min. If not for Google maps, we would wonder until today :) It is also pitch dark outside of the main (central) part of the park. Maybe small ground-level lamps would work. Besides that, it is a lovely park, and we cant wait to explore more in the springtime!

As mentioned, we have stayed many times and each time we have enjoyed it. We live in Australia and we always book at the Roompot Egmond which is close to our family and friends. The check...As mentioned, we have stayed many times and each time we have enjoyed it. We live in Australia and we always book at the Roompot Egmond which is close to our family and friends. The check in and out is very easy (no need to stand in line) by receiving the access pass before arrival. We love the Christmas lights, the park and cabins are well maintained. The cabins are like littles homes (every comfort you can think of), reasonable priced. We also enjoy having the supermarket, restaurant and snack bar and reception being open till 8pm. Upon arrival the tv channels were not working and within 15min a technician came out (so friendly!) and reprogrammed.

We are extremely grateful to head office and customer service agent Adil for accommodating our request on short notice after a misunderstanding. The park and facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However it was a shame that not all staff knew how to turn the lights on over the childrens soft play area. Despite the stay being very enjoyable, we were disappointed with the drafty windows and inefficient radiators that left one room unaccessible for our children to stay in due to how cold it got. We were also disappointed with having to extensively clean the bungalow or pay an additional charge for cleaning upon departure of our stay. We never leave anywhere untidy but I do believe asking for additional fee for cleaning is slightly unreasonable.

We liked our stay in the park. Had a great visit with friends and familie from Holland . After not seeing them for 3 years . The park had a good location for driving to Brabant and Utrecht and...We liked our stay in the park. Had a great visit with friends and familie from Holland . After not seeing them for 3 years . The park had a good location for driving to Brabant and Utrecht and Groningen . Our stay of 3 weeks was a great experience. Thanks

Na een lange reisdag geen koffie, nog geen glaasje water! Technische dienst heeft een keycard voor me aangemaakt. Volgende ochtend naar receptie voor kaart slagboom. Gevraagd wat er misgegaan was. Oh heb ik vergeten geen excuses niets! Kreeg kleinkinderen op bezoek dacht ik dweil even, het water was zwart. Ik betaal 54€ voor eindschoonmaak! Huisje is echt niet hygiënisch schoon!! Locatie achter in het park ook niet prettig voor vrouw alleen!

Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens weekverblijf. Het is redelijk schoon, maar badkamer en slaapkamers hebben behoorlijk wat schimmelplekken.
