Noordzeeboulevard 5 was not clean. I had to clean the surfaces on arrival. Generally grubby and dusty with cobwebs in corners. The bathroom had a long strip of duct tape along the ceiling and continually left a fine spray of black dust. Reported this and one woman came with a duster and spray, did some token wiping and left. The whole house needs a thorough makeover. The front fence was covered with green mildew. The only one like this we saw. We have had several holidays in this resort and this was the worst accommodation. Cleanliness should have been to the fore in the light of Covid.

The park is really well located and beautiful, although we were very disappointed by the house (38 Nordzeeboulevard). Considering that there‘s a cleaning included in the price it was really dusty and not clean, especially in the bedrooms there were a lot of dust an spiderwebs. Lamps were nearly coming out of the wall or didn‘t stay in a normal vertical position and were never cleaned either.The mattresses were also very dirty and ‚used‘. At our arriving the fridge was leaking and by looking closer you already saw that the wood of the furniture around had broken open, so it wasn‘t a new/recent problem. The last day the toilet flush also happened to have a problem, most certainly due to an old WC-swimmer. In brief the furniture an the house would need some deeper renovation..

The most disappointment we had of the Zwemparadijs : ((. very , very bad look, everything soooooo old and broken an so unspectacular palm trees, so a pity weve been there about 16 yrs ago and in the Zwemparadijs there was nothing renovated, very, very a big pity No information abouit the sauna, door was closed, no info Turkish bath was available but without any info
a very big pity that there was NOTHING investigated in the Zwemparadijs and so much other changes, new houses, around the whole site that gives a very bad picture of the whole

Stellplätze: Leider hat die Direktion es versäumt, das auslegen von Plastikplanen zu verbieten. Dadurch sehr schlechte Rasenfelder auf den Pitches. Katastrophale Ausschilderung/Wegweiser. Beispiel: Nr. 2000 - 4000 gerade aus. In der nächsten Kurve fehlt jeglicher Hinweis, wo es zu den 3000er Plätzen geht. Sanitärgebäude: Fäkalausguss 2,5 m neben den Geschirrspülplätzen. Die Geruchsbelästigung ist nicht zu übertreffen. Vn 8 Duschen waren 5 als DEFKT deklariert. in einer weiteren fehlten viele Kacheln. Der Pflegezustand ist in meinen Augen katastrophal. Daher bin ich schlussendlich statt 5 nur 3 Nächte verblieben.
