Staircase full of dust. Toilet bowl stained. Staff did not know how to refund touristtax for the one day we did not stay. Complained about internet several times. The villa wasn’t clean at all. We also would have appreciated if there would be a sun protection (umbrella) and a table for dining outside. A beautiful park in a top location. The chalet was spacious, with nice and comfortable furniture and had a feeling of privacy because of the many trees around.
