There was also no freezer, although this was stated in the description, and no welcome pack. The microwave-oven combo did not work when the dishwasher was on. In summary, the value for money is not satisfactory at all. Nevertheless, the location in relation to the sea was super.

Still a lovely entrance but the camping space was small and the toilet facility on arrival had sick and paper towels thrown at the mirrors but after that it was fine. Enjoyed the thermal baths and...Still a lovely entrance but the camping space was small and the toilet facility on arrival had sick and paper towels thrown at the mirrors but after that it was fine. Enjoyed the thermal baths and treatment but the facilities looked tired.. We last used the park nearly twenty years ago with our two children when we lived in Bracht and have always wanted to return. Next time we bring our grandchildren and we will book a nicer camping place. Thanks. Tim and Sue.

1) It is written that animals can’t enter the house but we found many hairs in many rooms that caused allergy problems with my kids 2) the cooking tools+boiler is old and cannot be used 3)...1) It is written that animals can’t enter the house but we found many hairs in many rooms that caused allergy problems with my kids 2) the cooking tools+boiler is old and cannot be used 3) All the closest are locked and I couldn’t hang my clothes except one which already had clothes in it 4) the washing machine is old and unusable 5) the rooms are very different and have lots of dust and spiderwebs 6) the reception was contacted to help us with locking main door and opening some lights but no one responded 7) this is my third time going to the park and this is the first time We were treated like this Why did I pay this large amount just to get this old house that had a bad view

Amazing park with excellent facilities. The location is perfect for the beach and for exploring other areas nearby (e.g. Cadzand). There are lots of activities for children, with well equipped play...Amazing park with excellent facilities. The location is perfect for the beach and for exploring other areas nearby (e.g. Cadzand). There are lots of activities for children, with well equipped play areas. The quality of food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff always made an effort to accommodate us. The swimming pool and water park are amazing, however these were spoilt by the very cold water temperatures. The drains in the showers in our house needed attention as they were smelly. Overall will definitely be coming back regularly as the park has so much to offer.

As constructive feedback: earlier open swimming pool to facilitate young children. Cabin was bit old and not so clean and beds too small. Have more active activities with Koos club for small children.

Had an amazing one week stay. Holiday park is in a prefect location with easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Holiday home was clean but furniture was stained....Had an amazing one week stay. Holiday park is in a prefect location with easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Holiday home was clean but furniture was stained. Mini-shop sold freshly baked goods each morning that were excellent.
