Small disappointment over the assistance still under warranty of a watch of which the company is a distributor. After asking if there were any costs for the revision of the watch and the answer was that it was all covered by the warranty at the time of collection I was asked for an amount for shipping and insurance costs. We had a really enjoyable tour and our guide was knowledgeable and generous with her time. After the tour our guide really helped my wife to find the style and setting for earrings she wanted to replace. Nothing was too much trouble and we did not feel pressurised to buy (we did buy the earrings).
